Curriculum Themed Days
Bringing Learning to Life
Some learning is remembered for a lesson.
Some learning is remembered for a lifetime.
We work alongside schools to create curriculum-themed days that immerse children in a story, spark curiosity and bring learning to life.
Whether you're introducing a new topic, enriching current learning or celebrating the end of a unit, we'll design a day around your curriculum, your pupils and your learning objectives.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
Storytelling sits at the heart of many of our curriculum days.
With a particular passion for history, we love helping children step into the past through immersive experiences that inspire curiosity and bring learning to life. At Park Farm, the landscape itself becomes part of the learning.
Park Farm has its own stories to tell. It was once the site of a Guinness factory, and the barn where films were shown to its workers still stands today. A rare Second World War pillbox offers children the opportunity to explore history through real places and primary sources.
Learning rarely happens in one subject. A history day might naturally weave together geography, science, art, design technology and literacy. A river study might inspire map work, scientific enquiry, sketching and creative writing.
Learning becomes connected because the world is connected.
Designed Around Your Curriculum
Whether you're exploring local history, the Romans, Anglo-Saxons, rivers, habitats, farming, traditional tales or seasonal learning, we'll create a day around your curriculum and your class.
If you have a topic in mind, we'd love to explore it with you.
Every Child Leaves With...
We design the day striving to inspire learning back at school.
Children might leave with a story map, an oral story ready to develop into writing, sketches, scientific observations, historical questions or memories that continue long after the day has finished.
Our role isn't simply to deliver a great day.
It's to give teachers a rich starting point—and children a story worth telling.
